Hutong, Lot 10




Recently keep popping up at Lot 10, Pavilion and etc etc with him.
Had Hutong, forgive my saying, the hawker stalls shouldn't move to high end stores.
Although they are famous nationwide and YTL invited them,
but it seems the food not as delicious as we thought.



Why?
1st and foremost,there's rules and regulations for the hawkers that big big fire and smokes are prohibited.
So without those wok hei (锅气), it doesn't taste special.
But healthy =)

2ndly, it's located underground, thus when you enter the place, the awful smell surrounding made me had a big big scowl!!!

And 3rdly, some even hire foreign labors to cook!!!
All these are 老招牌 which inherited generations by generations... well can't say much as we need to consider their sky high rental :)

Even Pavilion's certain restaurants use them too,
I'm not discriminating but quite salute to their more willingness to work compare with us.
As undeniably they have more polite attitude compare we local.
But I had a deep thought,
whether they manage to build the trust between their employers?
As they need to learn the secret recipe and skills from their boss.
